Allen Smith is a criminal defense attorney with years of experience. He has handled a wide range of cases including murder, assault, robbery, fraud, internet crimes, state and federal charges, and much more.

He has over thirty years of criminal defense experience and has received many favorable verdicts throughout fifty-six Louisiana parishes.

He is licensed to practice in all State & Federal courts in LA, and he has tried well over seventy felony cases to verdict throughout Louisiana. 

He received his bachelor’s degree in political science from Louisiana State University. After that, he graduated with his law degree from Mississippi College Juris Doctor.

He is a member of several associations including the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the American Inns of Court, and the Alexandria Barr Association. He is also licensed to practice in US Supreme Court.
