His Background
Allen Smith is an experienced criminal defense attorney located in Alexandria, Louisiana. He is licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court in all state and federal courts in Louisiana. With over 30 years of uninterrupted practice, he has negotiated hundreds of plea agreements and tried over 30 felony cases to verdict with at least a dozen of those being murder cases. He has handled and defended clients in 56 of the 64 parishes in this state.
